Service delivery policy

What is delivered

Everything we sell is a service carried out by our team and delivered electronically, by email or through the accounts and files you share with us. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery addresses.

When work starts

  • Confirmation. When your payment provider confirms your payment, you are returned to your order page and we email an order confirmation to the address you gave at checkout.
  • First contact. A member of our team emails you within 1 business day to confirm the details and ask for anything we need.
  • Start. Work starts within 2 business days of payment. If we are waiting for information from you, the start date moves to when we receive it.

Delivery times

Each service page gives a typical delivery time for that service, counted in business days from the day we have everything we need from you. These are estimates, not guarantees. Support blocks of hours are used over 30 days from the start date; hours not used in that time expire.

What we need from you

Each service page lists what we need, such as your content, examples, or access to a website or account. Please share credentials only by the secure method we agree with you, never in a plain email, and remove any access when the work is complete.

Revisions and extra work

The number of revisions is stated on the service page where it applies. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and never started without your written agreement.

Where we deliver

We serve customers worldwide, to anywhere we are legally allowed to do business. Orders cannot be accepted from countries or regions under United States sanctions or export restrictions.

If something goes wrong

If you have not heard from us within 1 business day, check your spam folder, then write to multivant@outlook.com with your order number. See our refund and cancellation policy if we are unable to deliver as described.
